At It's Nice to be Kneaded Massage, I believe in the healing power of touch. I'm an experienced and award winning massage therapist who provides a personalized approach to each client to help them achieve their wellness goals. My mission is to enhance the health and well-being of my clients by offering a range of holistic therapies.
I graduated from the Technical College of the Rockies in Delta, CO in May of 2015 and have been licensed and working as a professional massage therapist since June of 2015. I went into massage therapy to help people feel better. Massage means different things to different people. some want to relax others are looking for pain relief or better range of motion. Whatever your goals may be, I will use a mix of massage modalities to help you.
I am the winner of The Best of the Valley Award in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023.
In May of 2023, I was one of the first participants in The Rocky Mountain V Massage Championship. Massage therapist from Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Montana, and Wyoming. I am rated 4th overall for all 5 states.

Some of the Benefits of Massage
*Increased circulation and flow of nutrients throughout the system *Reduces muscular tension that can lead to chronic pain *Stimulates lymphatic tissues thereby flushing out toxins *Helps to relieve muscle stiffness and stress-induced tension *Releases endorphins (feel-good hormones) into the blood stream *Reduces fatigue, anxiety, and depression
*Helps provide better quality of sleep
***Massage is not intended to replace treatment for injuries or medical conditions but is an effective stress management method by triggering the Relaxation Response. In this calm state the body and mind are given an opportunity to re-charge and let go of stress symptoms. ***
